- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons melted butter, diced
- Mix butter and flour. With your hands, or a pastry cutter, smash the butter pieces into the flour until they’re about pea sized.
- Add buttermilk. While mixing with your hands, pour in the milk. Once the dough come together, divide the dough into 6 balls and pat them flat.
- Bake. Place them onto a cast iron pan or sheet tray and bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until brown.
