• 1 pound (about 12) chicken tenders
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • ½ teaspoon hot Hungarian paprika
  • 12 slices bacon
For the sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce


  1. Prepare the chicken. Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper and paprika. Rub to coat. Wrap each chicken tender with a piece of bacon. Put a skewer through the chicken tender, weaving it through the bacon to secure the bacon onto the chicken tender.
  1. Grill the chicken. Heat a grill to medium heat. Once grill is warm, add the bacon wrapped chicken skewers to it. Cook the skewers on medium, for about 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, to render the bacon. Once the bacon starts to cook, turn the heat of the grill up to high and cook the skewers until the bacon becomes sizzly and brown. Remove from grill and let cool.
  1. Make sauce and serve. In a small bowl mix ranch dressing with BBQ sauce.  Serve as a dipping sauce alongside the bacon wrapped chicken fingers.
