Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons self-rising flour

Prepare

In a bowl, whip the egg with the milk. Add the flour spoonful by spoonful.

In a small sauté pan, melt some butter over medium-high heat.  Pour half the batter into the pan. Cook for a few minutes and flip. Repeat with the remaining batter.
